If you contact SteadyCraft for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, operating system version, and application version. We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve our applications.

Website data

Our website host may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and request time in server logs. This information is used to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

Advertising and tracking

SteadyCraft does not sell personal information. If a specific application uses analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud sync, accounts, or a third-party service, that application should disclose those details in its app store privacy information or in an app-specific notice.

• You can choose what information to include when contacting support.
• You can request deletion of support emails or related support records by contacting us.
• You can remove locally stored application data by using in-app delete options when available or by deleting the application from your device.
• You can manage application permissions through your device settings.

Children's privacy

SteadyCraft applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children directly. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support communication, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
